"My beautiful grandson was born August 15th of this past year. All seemed to be going well during delivery until right at the end when his breathing slowed down. He was born with his umbilical cord wrapped twice around his neck. He was blue...but within moments began breathing and had restored color within a few minutes.

His problems began at the hospital, as he was unable to latch on during breast-feeding. The lactose nurse automatically assumed it was my daughter's fault and gave her exhaustive instructions. This cycle of an inability to nurse without a bottle, constantly spitting up, and an inability to take naps or sleep through the night continued for three months, leaving the baby, my daughter and son in law exhausted.  Her pediatrician diagnosed his condition as GURD, a type of acid reflux. We scheduled an appointment with Catriona O'Curry. She was a calming professional force who gently treated his spine, neck, head, and palate. His relief was visible to me while he was still on the table, by the look of calmness in his eyes. After about 45 minutes his session was complete. He laughed and smiled the entire time...there was no fear or pain.

Within 24 hours he slept through the night! He is now after one week on a pretty regular schedule of a morning nap, an afternoon nap and sleeps eight hours through the night. He is noticeably happier and healthier as he continually laughs and has gained needed weight.
